our property, typical of the Bessin region, offers a gîte for 8 to 10 people and 3 guest rooms, including a family suite .

A former farmhouse, the property has been renovated in the style of the region, highlighting its stonework and architecture. Particular care has been taken to decorate and make your stay as comfortable as possible. The house and gîte are set in a one-and-a-half hectare orchard planted with apple trees. Authenticity, calm and greenery are the order of the day.

Children are welcome here, and you'll find all the necessary equipment for the little ones, as well as all the space they need.

Mandeville en Bessin, our village, is located near Trévières, a small town with all services and shops. It lies on the edge of the Cotentin and Bessin marshes. A quarter of an hour is all it takes to reach Bayeux, a medieval town famous for its Cathedral and the world-famous, UNESCO-listed Tapestry of Queen Mathilde, or Port-en-Bessin, with its fishing and yachting harbor and 2x18-hole golf course. On the coast, Omaha Beach stretches over eight kilometers of fine sand. Numerous sites and museums bear witness to the 39-45 war and the D-Day landings.

Heading towards the Cotentin region, you'll discover Isigny-sur-mer, well known for its butter, cream, cheeses and caramels. Elsewhere, you can sample Bayeux pig, or fish, shellfish and crustaceans caught on our coasts. Enjoy farmhouse cider, pommeau and Calvados, cider and Camembert cuisine.
